ABOUT
I received my master’s degree in Social Work from Michigan State University. I am devoted to meeting people where they are in their walk of life to help others grow and overcome challenges and difficult circumstances. I am a lover of life and utilizes a strength-based approach. I am eager to work with individuals, couples, and families of all ages and backgrounds.
I specialize, but am not limited to, working with individuals who are struggling with PTSD, depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, relationship issues, ADD/ADHD, and life transitions. I have experience working with children of all ages. I am also passionate about helping families and couples work through challenges that can arise.
I am devoted to building a therapeutic alliance with individuals to genuinely understand and know the individuals that I work with. I believe in empowering others to find their own strengths, confidence and learn to love who they are.
